Description
The Government of Canada is soliciting offers for the supply and delivery of 800 door mats and 750 metal shoe racks for Garrison Petawawa accommodations. Door mats must be nominally 18 by 30 inches, with a one-inch tolerance permitted on length or width, and must be made of cotton, microfiber, or polyester with anti-slip vinyl or rubber backing. Shoe racks must be metal, have three or four tiers, and measure 24–32 inches wide, 12–14 inches deep, and 12–24 inches high. Grey or brown is preferred for both products, but other colors may be accepted. All goods must be delivered no later than March 31, 2027, during weekday delivery hours of 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The contractor must provide complete installation manuals; shoe racks may be delivered unassembled for end-user assembly. Supporting technical documentation demonstrating compliance with all mandatory criteria must accompany the bid. The contractor must provide a liftgate and unload pallets because no receiving dock or forklift is available. Separate deliveries are permitted if all quantities arrive by the deadline.
