Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (RIHousing) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain advice and recommendations on the structuring of municipal securities and municipal financial products. The agency seeks guidance on various financing strategies, including single-family and multi-family mortgage revenue bonds, TBA market executions, low-income housing tax credit financing, and general capital needs funding.
