Description
Derry Area School District seeks symmetrical fiber internet access at 5 Gbps, scalable to 10 Gbps, with a public static IPv4 subnet providing up to six usable IP addresses. The service is requested at four district locations, with Grandview Elementary School identified as the district's internet termination address. The requested contract term is July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030. Proposals should specify service speed and monthly pre-discount pricing, with a separate bid form for each service speed and an additional explanation of costs. The district will consider qualifications, prior experience, management capability, customer satisfaction, compliance with specifications, and whether the ISP provides a dedicated transmission line. A 10% bid bond and a signed, notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit are required. Vendors must provide a valid SPIN and current SPAC; the RFP also requests a list of customers receiving similar service, including contact details.
