Description
Dumont School District is soliciting proposals for one dedicated Internet circuit providing bandwidth from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps. The service is to be delivered at 101 New Milford Avenue, Dumont, New Jersey, and includes installation and initial configuration. Proposals should include monthly recurring charges inclusive of taxes, fees, and eligible charges, as well as all one-time, non-recurring charges. The district may evaluate optional managed router pricing capable of handling the requested bandwidth increments. Vendors must have a valid Service Provider Identification Number at submission, provide standard contract terms and conditions, and identify any applicable State of New Jersey master contract or cooperative purchasing arrangement. Prior experience serving New Jersey public school districts is preferred, with references provided upon request. The proposal must include a completed Attachment A and a signed and dated specification document; the specification document requires an authorized company representative's signature. The district prefers a 36-month service term but will consider other terms.
