Description
Rockland County Department of Health is soliciting an authorized Rifton Equipment dealer to furnish and deliver eight new customized adaptive tricycles: three small Rifton X320 units, three medium Rifton X330 units, and two large Rifton X340 units, with specified frames, handlebars, supports, seats, headrests, laterals, hand anchors, harnesses, steering, and braking components. Approved equals may be proposed if they meet or exceed all specifications and receive County approval. Products must include all specified part numbers, be delivered FOB destination, and carry at least a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Deliveries must be made by September 30, 2026, to Jawonio Inc. in New City, HASC Gan Ezra in Spring Valley, and A Starting Place in Pearl River. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with the County reserving the right to award by line item. The bidder must submit the required proposal and certification materials, including experience information, pricing, warranty information, and applicable bid forms.
