Description
The U.S. Department of the Navy is soliciting guided missile structural panels and other replacement parts. The procurement is classified under Product Service Code 1420, Guided Missile Components, and NAICS 336419, Other Guided Missile and Space Vehicle Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing. The requirement includes a quantity of two items, with delivery FOB origin. The parts are flight-critical and subject to Government source-approval and qualification requirements. Offerors must maintain an approved quality-control system, prepare and maintain quality-control, testing, repair, inspection, and repair-quality-plan documentation, and support Government review of quality-assurance data. Requirements also cover purchased-material control, receiving inspection, nonconforming-material disposition, failure analysis and corrective action, historical records by contract line item and serial number, and MIL-STD-130 markings and MIL-STD-2073 packaging.
