Description
The Ministry of Youth and Sports is requesting full-service catering for the Best of the Best Regatta Skippers Party at Montague Foreshore. The event is expected to serve approximately 200 people and requires diverse meal service, including seafood, chicken, a vegetarian dish, beef, lamb, or pork, starch items, two dessert options per night, and two beverage options. A 10% VAT must be added to the quotation if applicable. The contractor must provide professionally trained and appropriately dressed waitstaff using butler-style trays, along with china, silverware, glassware, and napkins. The scope also includes providing all food, equipment, and personnel; setup before service; maintaining appropriate food temperatures and a clean service area; coordinating with the event manager; and complete cleanup and disposal afterward. The stated service period is December 3–6, 2026, although the scope also contains an inconsistent reference to December 2, 2025.
