Description
The School of the Osage R-II District is soliciting bids for Category One connectivity services, including dedicated internet access with pricing from 3 Gbps through 10 Gbps and leased lit fiber with pricing from 5 Gbps through 10 Gbps. Bids must include leased routers where applicable, compatible Ethernet handoffs, defined service-level and uptime commitments, installation charges, recurring and non-recurring charges, and any E-rate-ineligible charges. The internet circuit will terminate at 626 Highway 42, Osage Beach, Missouri; the leased lit fiber connection will run between 626 Highway 42, Osage Beach, Missouri, and 1501 School Road, Lake Ozark, Missouri. One-, three-, and five-year pricing options, voluntary renewals, and up to 12 months of month-to-month transition service are requested. Category Two includes approximately 30 outdoor CAT 6A cabling runs and 30 Fortinet FAP-234G or FAP-244K wireless access points, or compatible equivalents, with five-year licensing, installation, configuration, mounting, weatherproofing, grounding, bonding, surge protection, and related eligible software or support. The district also seeks manufacturer support for Fortinet switches and wireless access points through BMIC Projects A, B, and C. Vendors must bid complete hardware or maintenance projects, provide compatibility documentation where required, exclude refurbished and FCC-prohibited equipment, separately identify eligible and ineligible support components, and provide monthly or annual maintenance totals rather than hourly rates alone.
