Description
The City of Winnipeg is soliciting proposals for organic waste processing services (OWPS). The scope includes the design, permitting, construction, operation, maintenance, and eventual handover of an organic waste processing facility located on a City-owned site. The preferred proponent will enter into an OWPS contract and a land lease agreement. At the end of the contract term, the facility will be turned over to the City.
