Description
The City seeks a contractor to mill and overlay pavement and perform related roadway reconstruction, drainage and sanitary sewer work, sidewalk and driveway improvements, ADA curb ramp upgrades, traffic signal modifications, signing, and pavement marking. The work includes improvements along G Street between 10th and 23rd Streets and an ADA curb ramp upgrade near Marylhurst Park at 18th and H Streets. Bidders must submit unit prices for the listed work items and provide a bid guarantee of at least 10% of the total bid. The bid package requires the listed bid forms and acknowledgments; the first-tier subcontractor disclosure form is due within two working hours after bid closing. The contractor must complete the work by August 27, 2027. Performance and payment bonds are required from the successful bidder before work begins.
