Description
U.S. Customs and Border Protection is issuing Solicitation No. 70B06C26R00000185 for a controlled unmanned aircraft platform requirement under NAICS 336411 and PSC 1550. The full solicitation package, Statement of Work, technical attachments, and supporting documentation are not publicly posted because they may contain Sensitive But Unclassified and Law Enforcement Sensitive information. Eligible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses may request access by email. Requests must include company identification and registration information, SDVOSB status information, a company point of contact, and a brief capability statement addressing relevant UAS platform, integration, testing, training, and support experience. Vendors must be active in SAM.gov, demonstrate apparent capability, execute DHS Form 11000-6 and initial the Other Sensitive but Unclassified category, limit access to personnel with a need to know, and agree not to reproduce or disseminate controlled materials without prior written approval. Access is subject to CBP review and is not guaranteed. Proposals are due October 21, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern.
