Description
The U.S. Naval Research Laboratory is soliciting quotations for new, brand-name-only automated laboratory polisher/grinder equipment. The required package includes a Buehler EcoMet 30 Single Semi-Automatic unit, an EcoMet 30 eight-inch platen accessory kit, a single-force specimen holder, disposable bowl liners, a burst module, a module-to-grinder-polisher cable, and a standard warranty. No substitutions, remanufactured equipment, or gray-market items will be accepted. The vendor must be the original equipment manufacturer, an OEM-authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller capable of maintaining OEM warranty and service coverage, and must submit manufacturer documentation confirming authorization for the specific items. Quotations must include one copy of the technical and price quote, the company DUNS number and CAGE code, shipping information if not using FOB destination, and a statement accepting the solicitation terms or identifying exceptions. Award will use a lowest-price-technically-acceptable evaluation.
