Description
Sumner County Government is requesting proposals for tires used by Sumner County EMS. The specifications identify Nitto Recon Grappler LT 295/70R18 AT tires for support vehicles and Continental Conti HSR 5 225/70R19.5 tires for ambulances. Vendors must provide per-tire pricing, identify whether delivery is available, state any delivery charge, and separately list any associated fees. Delivery is optional, vendors need not bid on every item, and the county may award items to multiple vendors. Stock levels must be maintained to meet EMS needs, and pricing must remain valid through June 30, 2027. Responses must include point-by-point compliance information, delivery timing, transportation and delivery charges, payment terms, exceptions, and the vendor's legally binding signature. The proposal package also requires the listed certifications, affidavits, references when applicable, and IRS Form W-9. The county may extend resulting contract terms and prices to other participating public institutions, which would issue their own purchasing documents.
