Description
The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Senseeker Corp. for service to an existing proprietary Senseeker test unit. The notice states that no other supplies or services are expected to satisfy the requirement and that the purchase will use simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the $250,000 simplified acquisition threshold. This is a notice of intent rather than a request for competitive proposals or offers. Interested parties may submit capability information demonstrating, with clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
