Description
Warren Independent School District is soliciting proposals for Category 1 data transmission and internet access services consisting of leased lit fiber WAN service with capacity between 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps. The requested service is for one service unit and includes installation and initial configuration; technical support and other installation needs depend on the proposed service. The attached vendor worksheet requests pricing and terms for one-, three-, and five-year options, including recurring costs, special construction, and non-recurring charges. Vendors must have a valid SPIN or temporary SPIN, review the associated RFP materials, and submit proposals electronically through the designated RFP system. Proposals submitted outside that system may be deemed non-responsive. The district will consider equivalent, higher-value, lower-quantity, or more cost-effective offerings, with applicable Texas Education Agency purchasing requirements.
