Description
The City of Victoriaville is soliciting services for the transportation and disposal of biosolids generated at the Achille-Gagnon wastewater treatment plant for the 2027–2029 period. The solicitation requires bidders to use the forms provided by the City and includes eligibility restrictions based on applicable Canadian trade agreements. A bid security equal to 10% of the total bid price is required, in the form of a certified cheque, bank guarantee, or surety bond from an authorized Canadian insurer. Submissions may be delivered in paper format to the City Clerk's office or submitted electronically through SEAO; submitting both formats causes the paper submission to be rejected.
