Description
Defence Construction Canada is soliciting garbage pickup, recycling removal, transportation, and disposal services at Canadian Forces Base Suffield and within the Village of Ralston, Alberta, including residential housing waste. The contractor must provide the required labor, materials, supervision, equipment, transportation, and tools, as well as mobilization and demobilization. Annual dumping, landfill, and recycling fees are identified as cost allowances. The initial service period runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, with up to three additional one-year extensions by mutual agreement. Bid security is required, and the selected contractor must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening security clearance issued through Canada's Contract Security Program. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled at the Pass Office, Building R46, in Ralston, Alberta.
