Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for one steel sheet, NSN 9515-00-640-4204, made of hot-rolled steel with milled edges, a thickness of 0.1530 to 0.1670 inches, and dimensions of 36 inches wide by 120 inches long. The item must comply with the referenced technical data, ASTM A1011/A1011M, SAE AMS2807C, and applicable DLA technical and quality requirements. Test coupons are not permitted, and the material must be supplied in whole-foot lengths within the required minimum and maximum dimensions. The shipment must include a Certificate of Quality Compliance (mill-material certification) for each shipment. Continuous identification markings, MIL-STD-129 marking, ASTM A700 packaging and preservation requirements, and specified protection against physical damage apply. The solicitation also requires compliance with the Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors (QSLD) program. The quoted quantity is one unit, with delivery required five days after order and FOB destination terms.
