Description
The Georgia Army National Guard (GarNG) Office of the State Surgeon requires behavioral health consultation services to support its service members and their families. The contractor will provide 24/7/365 access to clinically appropriate intake, assessment, behavioral health screening, and referral services, which can be conducted in person, telephonically, or via email. Services include care/case management, mental health awareness and wellness promotion, consultation to leaders and units, critical incident event support, and crisis response. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring licensed professional counselors or behavioral health clinicians are provided. Services will primarily be performed at the Clay National Guard Center in Marietta, GA, Oglethorpe Armory in Ellenwood, GA, Macon Russell Armory in Macon, GA, Fort Stewart Georgia (FSGA) in Hinesville, GA, and the Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) building in Columbus, GA. Travel to and from primary work sites will not be reimbursed. The contract includes a base year and two option years, with a period of performance from September 24, 2026, to September 23, 2029.
