Description
The City of Southaven is soliciting bids for the resurfacing of 0.68 miles of Airways Road from Nail Road to Goodman Road. The base bid consists of edge milling and asphalt overlay work, along with all plant, labor, equipment, and materials required by the specifications and drawings. The project is a Federal Aid project and must comply with the Mississippi State Highway Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, 2017, applicable amendments, special provisions, addenda, federal labor requirements, and DBE/WBE requirements. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope; electronic bidding may be available subject to contacting the City of Southaven for requirements. A 5% bid security is required, and the successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds.
