Description
The Indian Health Service is conducting market research for a brand-name Proofpoint FedRAMP-approved cloud email security solution to replace its existing on-premises email security stack. The anticipated requirement covers licenses and premium support for approximately 20,000 Microsoft 365 Exchange Online mailboxes, including email and information protection, targeted attack protection for URLs and attachments, remote syslog forwarding, threat response, virtual edition technology, and federal email relay capability. The potential contract also includes implementation services and training. The draft statement of work describes a one-year base period with four one-year options beginning January 3, 2027, and requires the contractor to be an authorized Proofpoint support reseller capable of providing the specified manufacturer-backed premium support.
