Description

The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a multiple-award, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for facility enhancement and maintenance at Joint Base Lindsey Graham and associated locations. The scope includes removal and installation of carpet, vinyl, rubber, ceramic, and other floor coverings; furniture moving and material disposal; surface preparation, painting, sealing, signage, and water blasting; and like-in-kind mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs, including HVAC, boilers, and water heaters. Work will be issued through individual task orders. Contractors must provide management, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, quality control, safety management, and task-order cost proposals. The solicitation targets two IDIQ awards and may establish an on-ramp pool of up to three additional offerors. Proposals require a price proposal, completed pricing schedules, a sample-project price proposal, past-performance information, and a bid bond. Past performance is significantly more important than price, and relevant experience in all three scope areas is favored.
