Description
Madison School District C-3 is seeking bids or proposals for Category One internet access and data transmission services with capacity from 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps. The scope also includes any Category One network equipment and installation or initial configuration necessary to make the connection functional for three eligible entities. Proposals must identify the proposed service solution type, applicable eligible monthly recurring taxes and fees, eligible and ineligible costs, shipping charges where applicable, and a scope of work for installation services. Providers must include a Service Provider Identification Number, maintain a current Service Provider Annual Certification, identify a proposal contact, and provide a service start date of July 1, 2027. Both one-year and multiple-year contracts with voluntary extensions may be considered.
