Description
This Stage II Invitation to Bid is limited to contractors prequalified through the State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management's Stage I electrical-contractor process. The project involves replacing and relocating selected transformers and electrical panels throughout the main building at Davis Technical College. The estimated construction cost is $300,000. Bidders must complete the online BidTable, upload a 5% bid bond, and provide required contractor, licensing, business, contact, and signature-authority information. The solicitation also requires acknowledgment of the general conditions, pricing validity for 45 days after bid opening, and confirmation that the submission is finalized through the procurement portal. A subcontractor list must be emailed separately when applicable. The health insurance compliance requirement applies only to an awarded prime contract or design professional contract of $2 million or more and is not a submission-time attachment.
