Description
Broward College is conducting market research for a cloud-based communications platform that consolidates enterprise telephony and video collaboration across its campuses and remote locations. The anticipated environment includes 5,000 Direct Inward Dial numbers, 2,000 users, 600 standard phones, 500 emergency classroom phones, call recording, 40 supervisor-monitored call-center stations, U.S. and Canada calling plans, and support for analog gateway connections such as fax and elevator phones. The proposed platform should provide administration and operational support tools, reporting and billing, call routing and recording, unified communications and AI-enabled collaboration, accessibility features including speech-to-text, contact-center queue management, mobile access, user provisioning, APIs, emergency communications, and security features aligned with industry standards. The video platform should support approximately 50,000 students and 3,000 employees, integrate with Brightspace's Desire2Learn learning management system, and support virtual meetings, webinars, large-scale events, breakout rooms, and digital collaboration. Respondents must provide company information, Florida business-license evidence, comparable higher-education experience, at least five similar-client references from the last three years, a technical scope response, estimated subscription and licensing pricing, supplemental materials, and a signed copy of the RFI.
