Description
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is establishing an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil construction services required by the Department of National Defence in Northern Canada, including sites in Yellowknife, Inuvik, and North Warning System sites in the Northwest Territories and Yukon, excluding Nunavut and Goose Bay, NL. The OCSL will be valid from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029, and will be used to tender construction projects with an estimated value of $10 million and below. Contractors and suppliers must apply through MERX and indicate their preferred official language (English or French). Previous OCSL holders must re-apply. The OCSL may include set-asides for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business, and contracts may require security clearances up to Secret level. DCC reserves the right to establish other source lists or post tenders openly.
