Description
This solicitation is for the manufacture of Disk Drive Units. The solicitation specifies that only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered for award. Vendors must provide proof of authorization on company letterhead, signed by a responsible official, with their offer. The solicitation also references specific Cage Codes and MIL-STD-130 for marking requirements. Changes in design, material, servicing, or part number require notification and approval from the NAVICP-MECH Contracting Officer. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the source, and packaging will follow MIL-STD-2073.
