Description
The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center is seeking four thermistor strings for a borehole project. Each instrument must provide 75 feet of instrumented length plus 15 feet of non-instrumented lead length, with sensor spacing of 1 foot from 0 to 15 feet and 3 feet from 15 to 75 feet. Sensors must have accuracy of plus or minus 0.1 degrees Celsius, a sensor-node diameter no greater than 0.55 inches, and a temperature range suitable for winter deployment in Interior Alaska down to minus 67 degrees Fahrenheit. The instruments must include an interface compatible with standard data loggers, specifically SDI-12 or Modbus. Quotes will be evaluated on technical capability and total quoted price, including shipping. The award will go to the responsible offeror offering the lowest technically acceptable price. Vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management and have completed representations and certifications.
