Description
Condon School District 25J is seeking a provider to replace an expiring contract for fully managed Dedicated Internet Access and data transmission services supporting educational, administrative, and operational needs. The requested service is Category One Internet Access and Data Transmission Service with capacity ranging from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps, for one service recipient. Installation and initial configuration are required. The associated cost proposal form requests monthly pricing for 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, and 10 Gbps service options under three-year and five-year terms, along with other fees and charges, assessed taxes and fees, non-recurring installation, and non-recurring special construction. Providers must maintain a valid Service Provider Identification Number and comply with applicable Schools and Libraries Division and Universal Service Administrative Company requirements. The award is contingent on sufficient E-Rate funding and required district approvals.
