Description
Idaho Association for the Education of Young Children (Idaho AEYC) is seeking a partner for a full website redevelopment, not merely a visual refresh. The scope includes website strategy and advisory support; content creation and refinement; audience-focused messaging; modern, accessible, mobile-responsive design; intuitive information architecture; SEO best practices; analytics implementation; staff training; and integration recommendations for CMS, hosting, security, payment portals, CRM, email marketing, and related tools. The redesigned site must serve families, policymakers, donors, community partners, and child care providers, with features including family resources, an early learning collaborative map or page, a donor portal, fundraising information, events, child care provider resources, blogs or child care news, embedded videos, and interactive maps. The total project budget is $50,000, and completion is required by December 31, 2026, although extensions may be possible depending on funding. Proposals must include firm information, an advisory-driven approach, process and timeline, team bios, similar work examples, proposed CMS and technical approach, and a budget breakdown.
