Description
The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) is requesting qualifications from Architect-Engineering firms for surveying projects located in all U.S. States and Territories. This announcement will remain open for 365 days, with selections made for individual projects following FAR 36.602-5. Services may include boundary, topographic, control, and water rights surveying, encompassing research, field work, mapping, legal descriptions, tract reports, land division applications, volume calculations, recording of surveys, plats, monument records, boundary marking, and other incidental services. Work may occur on any FWS lands, facilities, or private lands where a Service interest exists. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and hold the necessary state engineering licenses. Proof of the firm's permission to practice surveying, such as a state registration number, is required. Resumes of key personnel must include their professional registration numbers, disciplines, and states of registration. Submissions must include the SF-330 package (Parts I & II), addressing the 'Work Requirements', the Geographical Location Form, and state licenses for selected locations.
