Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for 18 retaining pins, NSN 5315-01-729-8029, part number 842-349656-1, manufactured by The Boeing Company. The item is identified as a critical application item and must comply with the referenced technical data package, quality requirements, FAA airworthiness approval requirements, supply-chain traceability documentation, physical identification and bare-item marking requirements, and applicable packaging and preservation standards. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System. Delivery is required within 20 days after award, FOB origin, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E, marking with MIL-STD-129, and shipment must use traceable means rather than parcel post.
