Description
Snow College is soliciting bids for either or both of two item groups. Item 1 includes portable arena and holding-pen panels and gates; roping boxes; a roping chute suitable for calves and steers; a stripping chute; a lead-up alley; a portable livestock loading ramp; and all components needed for assembly. Specifications include defined quantities of gates and panels, minimum tubing and gauge requirements, specified heights, portable construction, and black, gray, or blue coloring. Delivery and shipping must be included in the bid price. Item 2 is a commercial-grade, towable mechanical bronc riding training machine for saddle bronc and/or bareback bronc instruction. The machine must simulate live bucking-horse movements, support progressive training speeds, include a moving head and wheeled towable chassis, and be suitable for repeated collegiate rodeo and equine-training use. A Smarty Bronc machine or Snow College-approved equal is specified. Bidders must submit pricing, warranty information, a current W-9, the Snow College Vendor Registration form, and required acknowledgments of the standard terms, payment terms, and bond, subcontractor, and payment conditions. No additional charges will be accepted after award.
