Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting a quotation for one machine bolt, NSN 5306-01-545-4871, part number 1316/3418D, manufactured by JCB Inc. The item must meet the stated DLA technical, quality, packaging, preservation, marking, inspection, and domestic-material requirements. Alternate offers must include a complete data package for both the approved and alternate parts because adequate evaluation data is not available to the procurement agency. The quotation is for a single unit, with delivery required five days after award, FOB origin, and destination inspection and acceptance. All quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by September 25, 2026. The procurement is not a small-business set-aside.
