Description
The Recreation and Park Commission for the Parish of East Baton Rouge is offering approximately 0.838 acres of surplus land at the southwest corner of Fairfields Avenue and Rhodes Avenue in Baton Rouge. The property is legally described as Lots 445-A, 446-A, 470, 471, and 472, Belfair Homes Subdivision, Ward 1-1, and has a minimum bid of $30,000. Electronic or paper sealed bids are accepted until 2:00 p.m. Central Time on October 20, 2026. Electronic bids must be submitted through Bid Express; paper bids must consist of one copy of the bid form in a sealed, opaque envelope. Acceptance is subject to execution of a mutually acceptable written purchase agreement within 45 days after bid opening.
