Description
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada requires a Canadian supplier to produce custom die-cut passport photocards in semi-finished and finished states, including photo pouches, serial numbers, and barcodes. The contractor must provide proofs and samples, supply raw materials, perform overprinting, maintain print quality, package the cards, and deliver them to multiple destinations across Canada. The initial requirement includes at least 2,000,000 semi-finished photocards, with additional quantities available during the contract and option periods. The contractor must warehouse semi-finished cards, manage inventory and serial-number records, provide an existing secure online ordering and reporting system, support backup ordering by email or fax, and provide order fulfillment, shipping documentation, technical support, and business continuity capabilities. The solicitation requires relevant experience with large-volume non-standard printing, barcode production, warehousing, inventory reporting, online ordering, fulfillment, and delivery. Award will be based on the lowest evaluated price among offers meeting the mandatory technical criteria.
