Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 342 commercial gaskets identified by NSN 5330-00-770-8078 and part number 7708078, Revision H, in accordance with the referenced technical data. The item must be free of asbestos and Class I ozone-depleting chemicals, comply with applicable domestic-material restrictions, and meet the stated inspection, quality, packaging, marking, and identification requirements. A Certificate of Conformance is required before shipment, and shipment is prohibited until it is reviewed by the procuring agency. The quotation is for a supply-only requirement with destination inspection and acceptance. Delivery is required 113 days after order, with FOB origin terms; the stated quantity variance is plus or minus 0 percent.
