Description
The United Nations Development Programme is soliciting a contractor to construct floodwater harvesting structures for groundwater recharge in Ziarat Jah Village. The scope includes pond excavation and formation; gabion protection walls and pond-bank protection; stone pitching and masonry; PCC and RCC works; canal intake and outlet structures; metal control gates; RCC pipe installation; backfilling and compaction; a perimeter pond safety fence; permanent and safety signboards; material testing and quality control; site restoration; and environmental, social, health, and safety measures. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, materials, machinery, equipment, transportation, testing, and qualified personnel. Bidders must demonstrate relevant completed construction experience, financial capacity, key personnel qualifications, machinery availability, and a six-month implementation plan. The quotation must include the completed quotation submission form, technical and financial offer, signed and stamped project annexes, completed Bill of Quantities in Excel and PDF formats, supporting experience and financial records, key-personnel CVs and educational certificates, and other required portal submissions. A 10% performance security is required after award, and the quotation must remain valid for 90 days.
