The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, under the United States Department of the Navy, requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the neoprene gaskets identified in the attached Statement of Work. All parts must be new; refurbished or used parts will not be accepted. The combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial items under FAR Part 13 simplified acquisition procedures and FAR Part 12.6.
