Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District is seeking information from industry for preliminary planning purposes for construction within a shallow channel. The work consists of a 3-foot raise, inlet structure installation and H&H shoreline protection feature. There will also be clearing/grubbing and minor dike repairs/grade, inlet structure repairs and a splash pad. The estimated construction price range for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance and Payment Bonds are required within 5 calendar days after award and the contractor shall begin work within 10 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
