Description
The Minnesota Air National Guard is seeking a firm-fixed-price quote for 70 headsets: 57 single-communication left-boom-microphone units, 7 single-communication right-boom-microphone units, and 6 dual-communication right-boom-microphone units. Pricing must include delivery. The headsets must provide selectable or simultaneous active noise reduction and active noise cancellation, compatibility with legacy military-standard dual-communication architectures, shielded boom microphones, high-definition speakers with slim-profile enclosures, multilayer passive attenuation, and a tool-free suspension system convertible between over-the-head and tactical helmet-rail configurations. Single-communication models must directly interface with the L3Harris XL-200 tactical radio. Dual-communication models must directly interface with and simultaneously operate with the L3Harris XL-200 and PRC-152 tactical radios and include a dedicated dual-communications push-to-talk system with a rapid-disconnect modular accessory interface. Gas-mask voice-emitter integration and cellular-phone connectivity are excluded. Quotes should include pricing by preferred contract line item, place of manufacture, feasible delivery dates, and sufficient technical information to demonstrate compliance. Delivery is requested within 60 days after contract date, and quotes must remain valid for at least 60 days. Evaluation will consider price, technical capability, delivery, and past performance, with technical, delivery, and past performance approximately equal to price.
