Description

The Société québécoise des infrastructures is conducting an open competitive procurement for construction work to expand and modernize Hôpital de Mont-Laurier. The scope includes a new care pavilion connected to the existing hospital, 44 private rooms, a centralized pharmacy, an ambulance garage, technical spaces, new energy infrastructure, renovations to existing areas, exterior improvements, and connections to existing infrastructure. Hospital operations must be maintained during construction. The work must be completed within 143 weeks from the contractually specified start or written authorization. The probable construction start is between December 1, 2026, and January 11, 2027. A bid security equal to 10% of the bid amount is required. Bidders must hold the qualifications and licenses required under Quebec's Building Act and maintain a permanent establishment in Quebec or a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement. Contract documents are available through SEAO, and submissions may be delivered electronically through SEAO or in paper form at the specified receiving counter.
