The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is soliciting proposals for comprehensive venue and lodging services for a five-day Narcotics Investigations Course (NIC) to be held in Ubud, Bali, from May 18-22, 2026. The selected provider must be a five-star hotel managed by an international hotel chain, located within 30 kilometers of Ngurah Rai International Airport, and possess spacious outdoor areas suitable for tactical exercises. The hotel must also ensure no renovation work occurs during the event period and meet U.S. Embassy standards for health, safety, and security. Services required include a full-day meeting package for 42 participants for four days (May 18-21, 2026), a half-day meeting package for 42 participants on May 22, 2026, and necessary meeting equipment such as projectors, screens, sound systems, microphones, flip charts, and whiteboards. Additionally, a half-day room rental is needed for pre-event preparation on May 17, 2026, a venue with refreshments for a team-building exercise on May 18, 2026, and access to business center services up to Rp 3,000,000. Accommodation for 31 individuals will be required from May 17 to May 23, 2026 (6 nights), including breakfast, dinner, and daily laundry services. A lunch on Sunday, May 17, 2026, for 24 participants is also requested.
