Description
The University of Mississippi proposes to purchase a Moorfield Nanotechnology Ltd. nanoETCH-FC-MSE benchtop reactive ion etching and surface-modification system through a sole-source procurement. The system must provide milliWatt-scale soft-etch control, fluorine-based reactive ion etching, high-vacuum operation, and controlled etching of graphene, hexagonal boron nitride, silicon dioxide, silicon, and ultra-thin resist materials.
