Description
The library is seeking proposals for bundled internet access and transport at multiple bandwidth levels from 50 Mbps to 5 Gbps. Fiber and non-fiber solutions are acceptable, and proposals must specify download and upload speeds, delivery methods, contention or dedicated-circuit details, data limits, and any required leased equipment. Pricing must itemize recurring and one-time charges, installation, equipment, surcharges, and usage-based fees; a one-year pricing option is required, while multi-year and month-to-month options may also be considered. The opportunity also covers Managed Internal Broadband Services for the library network, including equipment, services, software, and licensing to set user or device bandwidth quotas, monitor usage, prioritize or restrict access, and provide content filtering and malware blocking. Proposals must identify equipment manufacturers, models, and part numbers, separate eligible from ineligible costs, and itemize all charges. Bidders must provide a valid SPIN/498 ID and be willing to use discounted billing through the Service Provider Invoice method. Vendors may propose Category 1, Category 2, or both; the categories and any ineligible functionality must be separately priced.
