Description
This Request for Information seeks commercial or non-developmental solutions for Own Force Monitoring/Sensing, focused on vehicle- or command-post-mounted systems that provide persistent monitoring and visualization of the radio-frequency spectrum. Desired capabilities include real-time awareness, passive analysis, baseline-emission establishment, signature-anomaly detection, identification of unauthorized transmissions, support for signature management and emissions-control measures, and integration with Command Control Computer/Electromagnetic Battle Management System environments. The Marine Corps is also interested in modular or subsystem components aligned with the Sensor Open Systems Architecture and solutions with high technology readiness, including TRL 8 or 9 capabilities. Responses should address the proposed integrated solution, component specifications, integration approach, technology and manufacturing readiness, production capacity, reliability, testing, certifications, warranties, technical-data rights, lifecycle and obsolescence management, maintenance and training, available contract vehicles, and relevant past performance. Responses are limited to 20 pages, must clearly mark and segregate proprietary information, and should be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format.
