Description
The United Nations Development Programme is soliciting one complete offer for the supply and delivery of police and national gendarmerie uniforms and equipment. The required items include intervention uniforms, tactical belts, intervention footwear, tactical caps, gendarmerie service caps, service belts, undershirts, military ranger socks, lightweight tactical vests, tactical gloves, beanies, mess kits with cases, and water bottles with cases. Partial offers are not permitted, and the supplier must price the full requirement in the specified quantities. The offer must include a completed technical proposal and detailed price schedule, technical data sheets for each item, country-of-origin information, manufacturer quality or production documentation, laboratory analysis certificates for uniforms and footwear, manufacturer warranty documentation, and evidence of relevant qualifications and financial capacity. Physical samples are required from the three technically qualified bidders notified after evaluation and must be validated before award. Delivery is DDU Bangui, Central African Republic, within a maximum of two months after issuance of the purchase order and validation of samples. A 10% performance guarantee is required after award.
