Description
Avon Grove School District is requesting proposals for standalone internet access delivered via fiber, with service capacities of 2, 3, and 4 Gbps. The service will support six district entities, with the internet demarcation point at Avon Grove Middle School and connectivity to the district’s administration, intermediate, middle, high, elementary, and district office facilities. The proposed contract is for a one-year initial term with three one-year renewal options. Proposals must disclose all taxes, fees, and surcharges; include all costs without unspecified additional charges; permit bandwidth upgrades during the contract term without additional bidding; and describe outage reporting, customer outage-reporting procedures, included technical support, and a proposed service-level agreement. Providers must comply with applicable FCC and E-Rate requirements, including the Lowest Corresponding Price Rule and the USAC Free Services Advisory. Responses that are spam or robotic submissions will be disqualified.
