Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for one kit of BioFire RP2.1/RP2.1Plus respiratory panel controls, NSN 6550-01-690-4435, part number M441. The kit contains 12 vials of synthetic nucleic acid controls—six positive and six negative—used for in vitro quality control of respiratory pathogen detection on the FilmArray RP2.1 panel assay. The item must be FDA-regulated, have an 18-month non-extendable shelf life, and have no more than two months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. Frozen storage at -25°C to -15°C is required. Commercial packaging, medical marking, applicable domestic-material restrictions, and delivery to the specified military medical facility in Kaiserslautern, Germany, are required. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated deadline.
