Description
Montgomery County Public Schools is soliciting proposals for scalable, fiber-based Internet access and associated transport delivered directly to one or both designated district data centers. The service must provide full-duplex logical throughput beginning at 60 Gbps and scaling through 500 Gbps, with pricing requested for 60 Gbps and each 10 Gbps increment through 500 Gbps. The FCC Form 470 identifies two service units and a 50–100 Gbps capacity range for the associated service request. Respondents must provide complete pricing, identify E-rate-eligible and ineligible components separately, provide reasonable cost allocations, include a valid SPIN/498 ID, and identify any exceptions. Eligible-service price is the primary evaluation factor. The solicitation is subject to Maryland law, MCPS procurement requirements, incorporated general contract articles, and all addenda; award requires applicable approvals, including Board of Education approval.
